The Graduate Job Show™ is for anyone serious about finding a great graduate position. It’s the place to meet graduates who:

• Graduated recently or longer ago and are looking for their first graduate position.
• Are already in a graduate role but feel it’s time to find a more suitable position.
• Will be graduating in the next year and are proactively seeking a great role.

The Graduate Job Show™ is being held online on 19th October 2023, from 11am to 4pm. You will of course be able to set up post-show calls or meetings with any candidates that you don’t have time to connect with on the day itself.

As an exhibiting employer, you have your own Exhibitor Booth in the main Exhibition Hall. This is where you can upload your Virtual Swag Bag of company information, documents and videos. It’s your chance to showcase your company and outline the types of roles you need to fill and the candidates you are looking for.

Candidates will be encouraged to visit the Exhibitor Booths and reach out to employers of interest., But you can be proactive, too. You’ll have access to searchable profiles of all the attendees and connect directly with candidates of interest.

Once a connection is made, simply book the candidate into one of your meeting slots through the built-in appointment calendar. You can chat to candidates one-to-one by online text tools, or voice or video calls.

You can also run live webinars or group chats or calls, where you can communicate with several candidates at a time. Then you can connect individually with any that are of particular interest – either on the day or after the show. The ability to export data on who you meet makes this especially easy.

You will of course be fully briefed on how the virtual show system works ahead of the show. There will also be a support desk open throughout the show for technical help should you need it.
